Yes, there is a trial period of 7 days after your site is activated. During this time the site is fully featured with no restrictions. After 7 days you can chose to take out Stratus Cloud cover or the site will be placed into 'Standby' mode. In Standby the controller is still connected and you can view the online / offline status, but no other features are available.
Yes, you can move between cover levels.
All data is encrypted during transit and at rest. Devices tunnel out via port 443 over HTTPS. Please contact us for more information on security, or download the application note here.
We require at least 7 days notice for either scheduling or showfile changes. Showfile changes are effected via an upload to the controllers at your site which means the system will reset. This can be scheduled to avoid any disruption.
Yes, you can add multiple users.
